The hotel has clean, modern, and very comfortable rooms with outdoor lounge chairs, but the service could be more responsive. The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona, walking distance to main tourist streets and the Gothic Quarter. The dining experience offers good variety, but the options are repetitive. Overall, a nice stay with room for improvement.

The hotel is located on a very busy street with lots of nightlife and cars passing by, which made it warm in the room as we couldn't open the window. Our room at the back overlooking the square was smaller than expected, with a tiny bathroom. On the positive side, it was near the train and bus stops, a convenient 10-minute walk to La Rambla, and had friendly and nice service.
